3.2 Permitted Uses

With a valid license, you may:

• Create derivative works incorporating licensed samples
• Distribute and monetize works containing licensed content

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the original content

• Use content in a way that competes with CR8S
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or metadata

• Claim ownership of the original unmodified recordings

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of licenses and downloads are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues or duplicate purchases. Contact support within 7 days of purchase to request a review.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on CR8S, including but not limited to music, recordings, artwork, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is owned by CR8S or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you create. By uploading content to CR8S (such as curations or user-generated samples), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Service.

5.3 Artist Rights

All music and samples on CR8S are provided with proper licensing from artists and rights holders. We respect and protect the intellectual property rights of our contributing artists.

6. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent any technical measures or access controls
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CR8S SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
